A few months ago Lucas lost his mother, a flamboyant luchadora (a female professional wrestler); his American father has taken him to the United States to live, separating him from the rest of his family who remain in Mexico. He's growing up (though he badly misses his Abuelita's cooking along with everything else about his country of birth) and his youth is giving way to manhood, but whenever he looks in the mirror he still sees a haunting reminder of Mamá...
